Parent Consultation
Lonnie R. Ouellette/Parent Educator/Behavior Specialist: $125 per hour for consultation, observations (home visits), report writing, meeting attendance and program development.
Direct Service by Home Educator/Social Coach Staff Consultation Rate: $55 per hour
Positive Behavior Support Program Preparation: $55 per hour plus mailing costs if applicable

Session Costs: $55 per session or $300 for 6 consecutive sessions at a discount rate

Onsite Social Skills Programs for Private Childcare Centers
Invoices are emailed at the beginning of each month and payment is expected within 30 days. Overdue payments are subject to an additional 10% fee per 30 days. Payment can be made via check, bank transfer or credit card. Checks should be made out to LRO Family Consulting and mailed to 70 Captain Curtis Way, Orleans MA 02653.
Parents will receive their first invoice prior to receiving their child’s program binder. This invoice is due within 7 days. The invoice reflects the initial parent consultation appointment and a deposit towards the design and preparation of the positive support program binder.
Services provided for parent education, home or center-based services and school consultation through LRO Family Consulting are not typically covered by private health insurance as they are not deemed as “medically necessary”. Lonnie R. Ouellette has an NPI number and EIN identification on the invoice. Parents can submit paid invoices to their health insurance companies for possible reimbursement if their child has a documented diagnosis with proof of said diagnosis by their child’s private health care provider. Parents will need to request that a diagnosis and procedure code be provided with date of service for all consultation or evaluations on all invoices. All invoices should be paid in full prior to seeking reimbursement. Parents are encouraged to call their health insurance company to inquire if services can be reimbursed by LRO Family Consulting as an out-of-network provider.
